Facilitation [C12]

Marcus Software Designs, Inc. provides consulting, training, and mentoring services in the area of facilitation. Facilitation skills are fundamental to group efforts such as: JAD (Joint Application Development), JRP (Joint Requirements Planning), FIG (Facilitated Information Gathering), Participatory Design (PD), and any group situation where the quality of the interactions of the group and the results of the interaction is maximized.

Facilitation Sessions provide a structured method that maximizes the use of the key enterprise resources: time and people.
