For over 15 years, Marcus Software Designs, Inc. has been working with commercial and government enterprises to deliver high quality solutions. Steven Marcus is the principal consultant and provides hands-on expertise in the areas of Requirements Planning and Gathering, Modeling, Architecture and Design, and implementation.

In addition to the hands-on practice, Steven is a speaker, certified facilitator, and instructor.

Steven specializes in working with organizations to set up their infrastructure, which includes:

• Identifying, documenting, and executing right-sized development processes (Rational Unified Process[RUP] and Agile approaches).
• Team building
• Executing discipline best practices (e.g. Problem Identification, Requirements Management, Requirements Realization, Development Team infrastructure, QA, Configuration Management)
