When is a Person or an Organization a..
•Customer?
•Member?
•Client?
•Contact?
•Again, the perspective can be viewed from one organization’s:
•When a Person or Org buys something then they’re a Customer.
•When a Person or Org purchases a certain kind of Product they can be a Member.
•When a Person or Org purchases a certain kind of Service or Product they can be a client.
•When a Person or Org buys/purchases or is responsible for the buy or purchase they can be a Contact.
•Even for the sale of one service or product, the very same Party can play all of these roles.
•To drive to a present-day logical conclusion, one organization might conceivably manage one Party five times AND not may the connection – or if they do, with great pain.
