Planning
•Project plans, like any other
structure, follow a pattern. The Rational Unified Process provides a
useful structure that minimizes the risk of things falling through the
cracks.
•The
Project Planner must be skilled in managing modern projects in which
phases are iterative and functionality is incremental (no big bang).

This is the way it has always been. We
just didn’t know it.
